Filling: is it pure kapok or a blend, for example with latex? A kapok name does not tell you the full composition.
Dimensions and care: check measurements in centimetres, filling quantity, the care label and whether adjustment or refilling is possible.
Delivery: confirm delivery to your address, shipping costs and the return address. A global website is not a delivery guarantee.
Imports: when buying from outside the EU, check VAT, any customs duties, carrier fees and the cost of return shipping.
Documentation: manufacturer claims about allergies, antibacterial effects or cooling are not a comparative product test.

The country list does not guarantee delivery to every address or availability of every variant. Delivery by individual enquiry or quote has not been expanded into a guessed country list, and brands with unknown delivery coverage appear only without a country filter.
